Select this option for free delivery within our ever expanding service area. While Drivers will endeavour to leave the goods in a safe place, Delivery is to the front door or side gate of the premises.

Swapped

Select this option to have your new Hot Water Service installed in the same location with the same or superseding model of your current Hot Water System.

Included:

• Draining of existing tank
• New adaptors connecting to existing pipes
• Removal of Existing Hot Water Service

Excluded:

• Repairs to any pipe work
• New Copper from the wall to the new Water Heater
• New Valves as per requirements in table below including:
• New Duo Valve
• New Pressure Limiting Valve
• New Tempering Valve
• Concrete Slab/Poly Slab where required
• Baytek/Pizza Base where required
• Galvanized Tray where required
• Mildred Valve where required

*Exclusions will be quoted once images are provided or when the plumber arrives onsite

Upgrade

Select this option to have your new Hot Water Service installed with new valves and pipe work in the same location with the same type of Hot Water Systems as your current one, i.e Replacing an Electric Storage Hot Water Systems with and Electric Storage Hot Water System but not a Gas Storage Hot Water System, Replacing a Gas Storage Hot Water System with a Gas Storage Hot Water System but not a Continuous Flow Hot Water System.

Included:

• Draining of existing tank
• New Copper from the wall to the new Water Heater
• New Valves as per requirements in table below including:
• New Duo Valve
• New Pressure Limiting Valve
• New Tempering Valve

Excluded:

• Repairs to any pipe work before the valves
• Concrete Slab/Poly Slab where required
• Baytek/Pizza Base where required
• Galvanized Tray where required

As we do our best to allow for most scenarios, and work with you via photos and telephone calls, things that may incure a variation include but are not limited to:

• Delivery Area - See Delivery Area Tool
• Clear Access to the Water Heater
• The slope of the block and location of the Water Heater
• Internal Installations, expecially where there is no floor waste ie: Kitchens
• Exessive stairs or exessively uneven surfaces
• Additional team member to lift, remove or mount the Hot Water System
• Urgent afterhours, Sunday and Public Holiday service calls

What Valves do I Require?

We supply a 500kpa Pressure Limiting Valve(PLV) with all our Installs as required below

As the minimum PTR Valve supplied is 1000kpa, a 500kpa PLV is supplied.

Why do our plumbers recommend a 500kpa Pressure Reduction Valve(PRV) be installed at the meter?

As per the below Extract from AS/NZS 3500.1 3.3.4, the maximum pressure allowed is 500kpa.

Why must I have a tempering Valve?

Because the Australian Standards states that we must install one as per the below extract
